Yes, it’s really that good.
LOVE this bag! My husband bought it for me in store as a gift and had it personalized and shipped to me.(he was out of town). It came beautifully gift wrapped. The bag itself is so stunning and well made. It’s become my daily bag and it’s so perfect and fits everything I need. Most slouchy style bags don’t stand on their own, this one does!! Coach design team really did their thing with this one! All of the colors are stunning, I’ll likely be purchasing more of this bag in various colors. I’ve been using the bag for a little over a month now and it still has great structure and shape with no signs of wear. It’s important to note though, this style bag will get more slouchy with time so I you want something very structured, this isn’t the bag for you.

Customer service is everything
The bag was a birthday gift from my husband. We had seen it in the store in the mall in Boise. The salesperson kept a record of it and was able to send the exact bag to our home (my husband does not drive). Customer service is everything.
